Import macros and toolbars from Win Word 2003 to Word Mac 2004

I have used every version of Windows Word from 1.0 to 2003 and have
only started to use Mac Word 2004. Can I import my macros and toolbars
from Win Word 2003 to Word Mac 2004? If so, how?
