Import mail from Foxmail to Outlook

Can anyone assist in guiding me as to how I can import
mails from third party product Foxmail to Outlook ?

I have tried to export mail in (.CSV, .TXT) formats, but
none of these is accepted in Outlook while trying to
use the Import function within Outlook.
