Import Many Tabs from Many Spreadsheets

I need your help to do 2 different things:

1) I have an excel spreadsheet with the SAME Fields in many tabs. I
want to import all of the tabs into a single Access table. What is the
fastest way to do this?

2) I have 500 spreadsheets with the same fields. I want to import all
of the spreadsheets into a single Access table. Can this be done
without much pain?
