import messages from outlook express

I have tried using the import and export features of
express and outlook, but outlook does not recognize the
express files. Can anyone help?

First create a valid profile in Outlook so you'll have a personal folder
(Outlook Today) to export your messages to. Use the export feature in
Outlook Express to export you mail to Outlook.
