Import Netscape mail contacts to outlook

I just wonder if anyone has made any success in export/import Netscape mail
7.1 to Outlook, and how to accomplish this.

Use Outlook Express as an intermediate step.

It's not as easy as that because OE won't see the N 7.1 folders.
