Import or insert .DWG or .DXF drawings

I've seen several similar questions while i've been
browsing this page. The answer seems to be that if
the .dwg or .dxf is in an Autocad format later than
version 12 it won't go into word. If you have the software
try saving the file as a version 12 format dxf or as a
wmf. If you don't have the software try downloading a
version of Intellicad which can export in many different
autocad versions. You can get a 30 day functioning trial
version from www.cadopia.com. Intellicad can be a
bit 'buggy' tho so backup your file first.
