import or use the form region is another computer

hello everybody,

Iam using visual c# 2008 and the outlook 2007. In this i have
development a form region to display the header. how could i use the same
add-in with that form region in another computer, i mean how to create the
setup project and what are components is needed in the target computer other
that outlook 2007.
