Import PDF File into Publisher 2002?

Hello...

Can I import a PDF file (that has been sent to me as a half-page
advertisement from a client) into Publisher 2002?

I've tried importing picture, importing object and importing text all to no
avail. And I've looked in the help file and help "on the web" and came up
with nothing.

Is it possible?
