Import Problems

I am trying to import 1500 accounts from Access 2003 into BCM. It worked
last night (during a test run) but now keeps saying that there were errors
and importing nothing.

I checked the error log and get the message "Type,Message,FieldInError,Data
Account,Unable to create the account object...etc"

Any ideas appreciated

Can you create an Account through Outlook (open an account form, enter
some data, and save it)?

Hi Luther,

At this stage I cannot even open any existing accounts or business contacts.
When I try it says the form cannot be opened - after that it says "Array
Index Out of Bounds"

All the contacts appear but once clicked the "Forms" problem begins - in
summary I cannot import from access and I cannot open existing forms!!!!!

I am running Version 1

Either upgrade to BCM version 2--it's free, or search this newsgroup
for the error message you are seeing.

Your Outlook forms are hosed. Importing is periferal to your problem;
i.e. nothing'll work if Outlook can't open forms because it stores the
definition of entities with the forms.
