Import Relationship report into Word and Powerpoint

I created a report that displays the relationships between tables in my
database. I would like to include this report in a Word document or a
Powerpoint presentation. Using the "Publish it with Word" button only sends
the title of the report to word. The tables and relationships are left
behind. Does anyone know a way to do this?
Also, is there a way to do this that allows me to manipulate the diagram in
Word or Powerpoint?
