Hi

a really simple question, once you save an import specification that we all know how to do

how on earth can you export it in order to use it with another database????

I've searched long and hard for that answer and there is no automated way
that I have found.

You could try a sendkeys macro.

You can't export a specification but you can import a
specification fromn another DB.
Open recieving database
Check File/get External Data
select database that contains the specification
select options
check Import/Export Specs
unfortunatly you will get them all so you may have to
delete some.
