Import table error decimal field precision too small

Hi there,
I want to use MyAccess as front end and MySQL as back end. and import tables
from MySQL. When I try importing them, the system issues "Error 3761: Decimal
field's precision is too small to accept the numeric you attempted to add."
I guess this is related to conversion issues of data type, but I don't know
where to look for the solutions or walk around.
I am using Access 2003, and MsJet SP with msjet.dll 4.0086.18.0 version.

Please give me suggestions if you have some clue for this problem.
