Import tasks from project server 2003 into project server 2007.

Hi As part of customizing Project server 2007, I need to
programmatically
import tasks from --

1. remedy (this is a defect tracking application),
2. MS Project 2003 mpp files and
3. A sharepoint site loacted on a different server.

Of these I have been able to accomplish item-3 by using GetItemList
sharepoint webservice.(Need to confirm if this is the right way).

I'm still clueless about how to accomplish 1 & 2.
Please give your suggestions or pointers to do this.
