Import Timesheet Grayed Out Under My Tasks

Hello,

We use MS Project Server 2007 and one user is having issues importing
his timesheet. He has correctly created his timesheet, but when he
goes into My Tasks to import the timesheet the "import timesheet"
option is grayed out. The only ideas I found on the forum were
checking the permissions for the resource and verifying the resource
has a status manager. We have checked both of these and they are ok.
Does anyone have any other ideas on why it is grayed out?
