Import to SQL Server fails in Job OK in DTS

I have a sql server 7 dts package that imports data from
an Access 97 Database. It works from DTS but fails as
part of a job. There may be users in the database when it
runs.
I have run the job under every possible security context
but no help.

Any suggestions welcome!
