R Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] Feb 13, 2005 #2 By not exporting. Exporting is never the right way to transfer Contacts. First use File > New... > Outlook Data File... to create a file in "Outlook 97-2002" format. Copy your Contacts into that file.
