import wbs code

Hi,

Our organisation uses a list of wbs code. For Eg: wbs code for design
prepartion is DES-PRP.

Can I import these wbs codes to ms project?

Just copy/paste it in from Excel to a spare Text field - or import from Excel.
You may be able to copy/paste into the actual WBS column, but that may throw
all sorts of errors if you don't have the WBS code mask configured properly
- and that's not really what that field is designed for.

My preference is to just use the WBS dictionary already defined to go into
the current schedule and manually define the WBS elements in the WBS code
box.
