Import wizard

Trying to import a site a friend has published so I can make changes for him. I do NOT want his passwords - a friend, but....

I tried to import with import wizard so as to not have do each page individually (just a few, very simple pages so not critical) but it seems to shut down immediately - I have used successfully in the past, so this has me stumped.

Any ideas?

I assume he has to open his site on the server to do this - after it is
published? That option is grayed out when I look at some webs on my
desktop

RJ,
BTW, don't Import it, Publish it to your machine, otherwise you will not get everything.
