IMPORTANT! I can't enter data into EXCEL 2001 since my fonts are ZERO size! Help

I've gone and updated my excell 2001 with the latest service updates
and still I can't enter any data in the blocks.

Even files that work on one machine, will not work when placed on my
mac!!!

If you search Google groups pasting this:
"font size 0 group:microsoft.public.mac.office.excel"
in the search cell (without the quotes) you'll find that
this question has been asked before, and did get some
answers, but I'm not sure they'll match your case.

Myabe you should uninstall Office using the "Remove Office
98 and 2001" tool that can be downloaded from Mactopia:
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx#Office2001
Then reinstall it from the CD and apply the patches again.
This *might* be the way out.

Have you double-checked your preferences on the General settings
palette? Just to make sure the Standard font: is not set to 0.
