Importating Data

I'm creating a spreadsheet which imports data from the internet. I've set
this up fine, but would like the data to automatically copy itself to a
worksheet whenever i refresh the data. I would also like it to move down a
row each time it refreshes, so i can keep a running log of performance. I've
had trouble finding help on this and would love if someone could point me in
the right direction. Thanks so much!
