imported contacts but File As does not convert to Company

I imported 3,000 contacts into Outlook and preset my default File As to
Company. But they all filed under "Last Name, First Name" instead and i
can't figure out how to change them all to File As Company. Is there a way
to do this?

No. Those setting will not apply to imported Contacts. You'd have to use
code to change them after the import.
