Hi,
Are your settings correct? right click on the first
cell and select "Data Range Properties.." on this
box, make sure "refresh data on file open" is checked.

I need to pull in the latest data each day in Excel.
Unfortunately as I refresh the data I noticed that it's
still showing the old data. So I deleted the database
connection and reestablished a new one in a new Excel
spreadsheet and still I get the same results. More
interestingly, at times when I try to edit the query via
EDIT QUERY the system would not show the database
connection created. Makes you wonder where it's pulling
the data from and how we can clear out that data?
