Importing a .csv file

I have my address book saved on a CD as as .csv file because I had to
reformat my hard drive. I have now reinstalled MS Office 2003 and it will
not let me import the address book back to my Outlook address book.

Please repost your question in an Outlook newsgroup. The webpage can
be confusing; this newsgroup is for the database software Microsoft
Access. Scroll down the list of subjects and find Outlook.
