Importing a mutlipage Visio diagram into Word

I've created multipage IDEF0 diagrams in Visio and want to import them
into a Microsoft Word document. When I tried importing the diagrams
using Insert > Object > Create from File and select the file, it only
imports the first page in the Visio file.

Is there another way?

Yes, there is, Denise.

Select menu Edit > Visio Object > Open
Change the page, and click a point in the Word page.

Within Visio, save the Visio pages in one of the graphic formats and then
import the graphic files. Each file will contain only one pagem so you will
have to select the page first before exporting

The import method you were using imbeds the Visio drawing, so if you had ten
pages, you would end up with ten copies ofthe Visio drawing within your Word
document.
