Importing a PST file

I am trying to import a pst file into Outlook 2003 and keep getting this
error message
www.aaacs.co.nz/outlook.jpg

I then carried on importing it and noticed I had no contacts anymore.

Any idea's on what to do?

Seems to me you are importing a UNICODE PST file into a non-UNICODE PST
file.
The question I have is why are you importing at all? PST is Outlook's native
file format. Just open it.
