Importing a Test PWA instance to a Production PWA instance

The PM's have uploaded projects and proposals to the testing instance, the
RBS, custom fields and custom views have been configured. I am having a
challenge migrating all these data to the Production instance. Both instances
are on the same server.

I have backed up all the components in Central Admin. DoI need to select
existing configuration or New configuration?
