Importing Access database Tables to SQL Server

When I use DTS Import/Export Wizzard. I keep getting an error message "Error
Source: Microsoft JET Database Engine
Error Description: Cannot start your application. The workgroup information
file is missing or opened exclusively by another user.
Context: Error during initialization of the provider.

What do I need to do?
