Importing Address Book from Agent v4.2

I currently use an Email & Newsreader called Agent v4.2 from Forte. Is
there an easy way to import the address book from agent to Outlook
2003?

Read Agent's documentation and see what types of files it exports. Examine
the types of files Outlook will import and compare the two. Use one that is
in common.
