importing adobe illustrator or photoshop into visio

I would like to import illustrator files into visio, but the scale that they
come in is wrong. I have to scale them ~84.545% to get them to the accurate
size. Plus depending on the drawing if multiple images/lines/shapes they come
in as one.

Photoshop
When I import a scaled graphic into visio and then print from visio it
prints the item upsidown and backwards... good for potato stamps bad for
presentations!
