Importing an excel spreadsheet in to access

Can anyone advise on how I can import and excel
spreadsheet in to an access database? Any information
would be helpful

Access can link to as well as import Excel data. Which have you tried?

With your database open and objects menu open, click on File|Get External Data|Import. The column headings in Excel must be exactly as your field names if you want to add to an existing table.
