importing CAD drawing into visio

Hi
I am Importing CAD drawing into visio but when i convert CAD drawing to
visio i loose the hatched lines which were originally part of CAD drawing.
Anyone can suggest how to keep the origional drawing while converting.Cause
ultimately i want to do some modification in CAD drawing and paste into a
word document as a picture
