Importing Contact Groups from Outlook Express6

I am installing new PC's running outlook 2002. I want to
import the contacts from the old PC which ran Outlook
Express 6.0. How can I keep the contact groups intact?
Now I just get 600 indavidual contacts and no grouping.

Groups cannot be imported from OE.
