Importing contacts from BCM

I accidently deleted a contact in Business Contact Manager and tried to find
the contact in a backed-up copy of BCM with all the attachments. However,
this wasn't possible as my BCM automatically backs up in an .sbb copy, which
I can't open.

Is there anyway of accessing past saved contacts in Business Contact Manager
and restoring them in a current version?
