importing contacts

I imported my contacts fine into outlook "contacts" address book, all names
and info show up formatted correctly. However when I create a new email, hit
"To" and pull up the "Select Names" dialog box for "Contacts" only half the
names show up. Ive had this before but cant remember how to fix. Please help!

Only Contacts with valid email addresses or fax numbers will show in the
address book.
