Importing data from Excel 2007 to Project 2007

I have successfully exported my Project 2007 information to an Excel file.

Once the developers have populated the "Actual Hours" column in excel, how
do I:

- import the actual hours back to Project ?
- ensure the hours line up with the appropriate task?
