import an Excel file to create a Gantt chart in Visio; Error:do not have the required mapped columns

I am trying to import an Excel file to create a Gantt chart in Visio.The error message "You do not have the required mapped columns to continue ..." shows when I import a new Excel. I have used Task #, Task Name, Start Date, Finish Date as my
column headings but the Wizard will not recognise them. I have exported an excel from Visio to use for Import and populated it with my own data. Any workarounds to make this work?
