Visio 2010 Pro not showing Org Chart menu

I have Visio 2010 Professional but for some reason the "Org Chart" menu item which is normally to the right of the "View" menu is missing. I cannot get the Org Chart Wizard to begin the import process which I normally use to import my Excel file. Is there a DLL or EXE missing somewhere in my Visio directory or something else which is preventing the Org Chart menu item from displaying? Any help would be appreciated.
