I replaced the internal hard drive in my mac book pro. I backed up the entire Mac HD to a firewire drive before before the replacement. I have completed a fresh install of Mac OS 10.5 as well as Office 2004 on the new internal drive. How can I import my email, contacts, calender etc.. from the Office stored on the firewire drive into Office 2004 installed on my internal Mac HD?

Copy over the Microsoft User Data folder from your Documents folder.
