Importing data from Oracle to Access

What can cause the situation where i'm missing decimal separator while
importing data from Oracle to Access database. E.g. my original Oracle data
is 4,2047 ? but after importing it to Access the data is 42047 ?.

Check the formatting of the field in the Access table design view. Also
check the Windows regional settings in the control panel.
