importing data from Palm Desktop to Outlook

I have been using Palm Desktop as my desktop calendar
organizer. I synch my Palm device(Palm Pilot Executive
running Palm Desktop 3.0) to Palm Desktop.
I am interested in migrating my entire calendar from Palm
Desktop to Outlook 2002, so that my existing data base is
preserved. Can anyone teach me how to do this?
