Importing Day Timer files into Outlook 2002

I have 5,000 or so contacts in my Day Timer Organizer.

Have tried importing this info into Outlook 2002 with no luck.

Day Timer stopped making the software years ago. Can't seem
to export the files in any format that Outlook will accept???
