I need to import information from Access into Outlook -
specifically, contact e-mail addresses so that I can bulk
mail our newsletter out. I import three fields - first
name, last name, and e-mail address - all appropriately
mapped. The two names work fine, but the e-mail address
always imports the first letter of the address only, not
the whole address. So if the e-mail address is
[email protected] then all that gets imported is "j".
The e-mail address in Access is set as a hyperlink, but
even if it's not, I get the same result. I'm using Access
and Outlook XP (2002) in a Windows XP environment.
