Importing e-mail from opera to outlook

Is it possible to import e-mail into Outlook from the
opera browser version 7 please.

I don't have Opera to check, but look for a File/Save as option which is
the same as you see in Outlook in the File/Import menu.

Unfortunatly this will not work. I could import them if it
was possible to import mbox files. I don't know if this is
possible.

Does Opera use Mbox files? These are readable by any version of Netscape and
Eudora. get and install either Netscape 4.x or Eudora. Copy the mail files
into either. Open each mail file. (This will build the Index file) then in
Outlook, Import.
