Importing Email

Saved (exported) emails from OE to separate hard drive. Wanting to import
into new XP machine w/OE but message states no files are in folder, when I
can see hundreds of them. The .dbx info from the knowledge base doesn't
help. How do I get these and the address book info back into the new
machine?
