Importing Entourage 2004 into Entourage 2008

Email Client: pop

I recently upgraded to Snow Leopard and also bought MS Office 2008, to include Entourage 2008 (v12.2.0). I attempted importing Entourage 2004 (v11.4.0) using File > Import > Entourage from an earlier version, but receive two errors (-36) and (2). Currently, I have to continue using Entourage 2004 which is working fine. I 'Verified' the Entourage DB Integrity and there are no errors.

Thoughts and assistance appreciated.
