Importing excel data into an Access field with a value list

I have a large amount of data to import into an access data dase table.
Several of the fields in the table have prededfined Lookup values. The
Lookup values are in a list box so that individual entries can be made with
drop down boxes.

When I try to Import the data all the fields with Lookup Values show an
Unparsable Record and will not import data.

How can I import this data?
