Importing excel data into outlook

I am trying to import an excel sheet data into outlook
contact folder, i got an error :An error occured in the
Microsoft Excel translator while getting the contents of a
file system. The Microsoft Excel file has no named ranges.
Use Microsoft Excel to name the ranges of data you want to
import.

This is standard, you have to define name(s) first. See XL Help or
