importing excel files into micro soft publisher

I have just started using Publisher.
Any one know how to import excel files into publisher. Besides copy paste

Hi Ike,

Open your Publisher document to the page where you want to put the excel
file. Then go to Insert > Object and then choose your excel document, either
new or one you have created and saved in a file.
