Importing Favprites

I am in the process of switching over from MSN 8 to
Alltel as my internet service provider (Alltel has DSL
line in my area and MSN 8 does not provide broadband
service to my area). I have been able to import my email
address book from MSN 8 into Microsoft Outlook. However,
I can not import my favorites from MSN 8 into Internet
Explorer. When I am on Internet Explorer and go to file
and then "import and export" I get the "Import/Export
Wizard" as I should. However, in the wizard, the "Import
from an Application" choice is not active. Is there
another way to import these files to Internet Explorer
and, it not, is there a way to activate the "Import from
an Application" choice.
