Importing files (zpen and .ELI files) into Onenote 2007

I am a user of onenote and have just bought a zpen, which records my hand
written notes in a file extension format .ELI (the manufacturer is Dane-elec
).I want to get the notes over to onenote without having to convert them to
text and then as needed convert sections to text for tasks / appointments
etc. does anybody know a utility to convert .ELI file to onenote in
handwritten format

Unless that vendor provides a conversion utility I'm not sure there's a
way. Does this product have its own handwriting processing system or does
it use MS' Ink technology? If it uses Ink, you should be able to
copy/paste between the two applications and have the handwriting retained
in ON.
